Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Atelier KAI box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
